Chuck Poteet is the founder of PRG Realtors, a full-service brokerage based in Houston, TX. With over three decades of experience in the industry, Chuck has established himself as an expert in real estate sales, marketing, and operations, and is well-known for his unwavering dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Chuck started his real estate career at the brokerage Henry S Miller in 1984 before moving to ReMax Memorial, where he gained invaluable experience in residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management. He later went on to serve as a broker owner of Chuck Poteet Properties from 2000 to 2018, and then HomeSmart Fine Properties from 2018 to 2022, where he honed his skills in various aspects of real estate.
Chuck's extensive experience and expertise in the industry led to his appointment as a previous board of director for the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), where he played a critical role in shaping the policies and standards for real estate professionals in the Houston area.
In 2022, Chuck founded PRG Realtors with a clear vision in mind - to empower agents by providing them with competitive 100% Commission Plans, advanced technology, and a team of experienced professionals.
